Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026.
This policy is published by Everyday Reason LLC for Everyday law New York City edition, a product of Everyday Reason LLC. This deployment is the agent site intended for agents.newyorkeverydaylawreference.com. It is separate from the public reference site intended for newyorkeverydaylawreference.com, which is not served here.
In short
- There are no accounts, and the site never asks who you are.
- This agent site shows no ads, uses no analytics, and sets no cookies. Advertising, if any, would be on the separate public site.
- When you ask a question, the question and the evidence packet built for it are stored, so the packet's link keeps working. Do not type names or other personal details into the question box.
What is stored
- Questions and evidence packets. A question asked on a subject page, through the API, or through the MCP endpoint is turned into an evidence packet. The packet, which repeats the question, is stored and published at its own link, where anyone with the link can read it.
- Request records. For each request the server keeps a short record: the time, the page or API route, the request (for a question, its text), the result, how long it took, and the browser or client name it reported (the "user agent"). These records are used to run and improve the service. They do not include your IP address.
- Hosting logs. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, time, and the page requested, to run and protect the service.
- Paid orders. When an agent pays for access, the server keeps a log of that order: the order id, checkout id, product, packet price, the sales tax Stripe calculated, the total charged, time, and the Stripe payment id. When the packet is delivered, the same log line also keeps a copy of that packet. It does not keep the card number, the billing address, or the shared payment token.
The Illustrative Complaint Analysis pages and downloads are the same for every reader and store nothing about you.
Paid orders are checked out through the Agentic Commerce Protocol. One checkout is one evidence packet at one US cent. Stripe adds sales tax, so the receipt total is one cent plus that tax. The card and the billing address are handled by Stripe. This server uses a shared payment token to take the payment and then discards it. The order log above is what it keeps.
Links to other websites
